Sports have been an integral part of my life since my earliest memories and my main passion has always been track and field.
Athletes everywhere understand that part of that life, is also the exposure to numerous training-induced injuries.
That same exposure is what led me to seek a healthy, non-invasive treatment to help me get better and achieve my goals.
My inspiration to pursue a profession in chiropractic care
Chiropractic offered me relief
Chiropractic was one of the treatments which benefited me, offering relief from the chronic pain and helping me experience an impressive change to my daily life. This is what inspired me to pursue a profession in chiropractic care.
I have graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Determined to obtain a better understanding about sports chiropractic, I expanded my training attending several seminars and exams in the UK after graduating, and was qualified as a Certified Sports Chiropractor, by the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).
